Dublin Hotels

Dublin is such a popular destination for weekend city breaks (not to mention longer trips) that you might think there would be lots of choices for budget hotels in the city center. Unfortunately, this is not the case – Dublin is such an expensive city to visit, that the vast majority of the hotels in the center are also expensive. Luckily, there are some hotels in Dublin that are worth mentioning, not only because they won’t cost a fortune but also because they’re quite nice, besides.

Here are a few Dublin hotels you might want to check out before your trip. They’re listed here because they rank highly with former guests on a popular travel website. They aren’t all right in the center, and they aren’t all priced in the budget range… But one of them might be just what you’re looking for.

Number 31 – Perhaps Dublin’s most popular boutique hotel
Tallaght Cross Hotel – It’s about a 30-minute ride into Dublin’s center, but it’s a nice hotel at a nice price
Louis Fitzgerald Hotel – Also 20-30 minutes from central Dublin, but 4-star luxury at a discount
Pembroke Townhouse – Georgian elegance 5 minutes from the city center
Bewleys Hotel Newlands Cross – A €89 flat rate for every room, every night
