The local rugby club has a bar in its clubhouse called The Bounty. They used to run a weekly traditional session on Sundays which was discontinued until recently. That is to say, it’s back.
The musical complement this week was a box accordian, banjo and a guitar (the Bean in the heyyy-auuuss). The bounty is not the sort of pub tourists would even find; it is home to locals and sport enthusiasts and makes for a fairly laid-back atmosphere. Great for a session.
