Paddy Irishman, Paddy Scotsman, Paddy Englishman and Paddy Welshman were having a few pints down the pub on April 23rd.

“You know,” says Paddy Englishman, “Today is Saint George’s day and, what’s more, it’s my son’s birthday as well. In fact, when he was born we named him George.”

“What a coincidence!” Exclaims Paddy Scotsman, “Because my son was born on St Andrews day and when he was born we named him Andrew.”

“This really is strange,” Paddy Welshman chimes in, “My son was born on St David’s day and when he was born we named him David”

“Well, ye aren’t going to believe this,” says Paddy Irishman, “But my son, Pancake, . . . “
