A member of 6 hostels associated with Paddy Wagon Tours , Paddy Palace Dublin is a small cozy Ireland hostel with friendly staff. There are around 90 beds, scattered through 17rooms, all of which have shared bathrooms. With a free basic breakfast and a fair sized self catering kitchen you shouldn’t be short of food. A deposit is required for utensils and dishes, a first in my travels. While this might secure the hostel losing said items, it might become a bit of tedium for the guests.
Since this hostel is more like the starting / ending point for those going on one of the paddywagon tours there isn’t a huge common area, and the one that is there is located in reception. However a great perk is organized nights out to see Irish dancing and free Wi-Fi.
