Beheamoth goes on the block

Well, the beheamoth is back.

I opened a local paper this week and saw computerised images of what the complex is meant to look like (one is there to your left).

The thing I can’t figure out is that the walkway pictured there will be beneath the flooding Shannon waters come winter - how do people get into the place? I mean, Tahiti this is not - those pictures make Athlone look like Kuwait.

Never trust a computer, that’s what I say - all that twitching and beeping they do . . . it’s just not natural.
