Beheamoth blocks blogger

*sigh* Well, it was only a matter of time, I suppose. Now, instead of the lovely river Shannon, this is our view:

beheamoth of the Shannon

It’s only a matter of time before we’re staring, open-robed, into windows where other open-robed, but wealthier, people are staring back at us.

To review, we have

beheamoth of the Shannon

Going . . .

Athlone beheamoth attacks the shannon

Going . . .

beheamoth of the Shannon

gone!

Um. Yeah. I think a two bedroom condo here (they all have their own private berth for the exorbitant, seasonally-used yacht) is about €1.2million.

The Jolly Mariner ones up the river went for €3/4m each, overnight and these are supposedly to be significantly more “luxurious” than those.

Shall I get you the auctioneer’s number? I don’t have it, but I DO have the number of the scientist who used to look after the birds that nested here - I don’t know what they used to pay in rent . . . but I think they were seasonal occupants as well.
